Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window: The Pearl Room accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging and certificates.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@thepearlroombk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Free Return Shipping: Return shipping is free within the United States. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Products: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
