Free Shipping: The Pearl Room offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged in a premium jewelry box before shipment.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Region: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier website.

Packaging: All pearl jewelry is shipped in a protective jewelry box with a quality certificate. Fragile items are additionally wrapped in protective material.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Pearl Room is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thepearlroombk.com or +1 (718) 833-6666. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
